QUALITY
The ACAMC has well documented and fully implemented policies for Quality assurance and quality control managed by quality manger and a team of quality engineers.
Our quarterly, companywide meeting are an essential part of our quality management and tranning programs. They include formal training, invited speakers on innovative construction products and methods, staff “lessons learned” presentations on current projects which highlight unique installations or other issues with potential quality impact and how they were successfully managed, and an open forum to promote general quality discussion, questions and feedback.
We are ISO 9001 compliant quality system and soon would be a certified ISO 9001 company.
